Palais Royale - Gazelles and Café Royale

Breakfast is served on Wednesday – Sunday from 7:30am – 9:30am in Gazelles Restaurant and Café Royale.

Enjoy a great selection of both Continental and hot cooked items for breakfast with juice, tea and coffee.

Gazelles Restaurant is situated on the lower ground floor, where the original dining room was located over 75 years ago, Gazelles seats 150 guests.

After researching the history of the property for its restoration, chairs were designed and made to match photographs of the originals. With the wooden frames made in Europe and the upholstery made in New York, they were finally assembled in Australia.

Along with three original and two faithfully reproduced sets of leadlight windows, the chairs contribute to the ambience of the restaurant. The polished floorboards, fireplace, light fittings and colour scheme are all part of the design which is uniquely suited to the Palais Royale.

For the convenience of guests, Bar Royale is open every day, serving tea, coffee and a selection of wines and beers.
